If you email me your dates. I will check calendar to see if available
Prices are better to book direct with owners rather than a booking platform
A $160 cleaning fee is added to all bookings
I take a small deposit to hold your dates
Payment in full is due 30 days before
I do accept monthly payments to spread the cost but not if less than 3

Cancellations
Flexible
I always work with guests on cancelling dates. Either rebooking or refund if need be.
I always advise travel insurance to be taken out.
